DJ Fulltono has been described as the godfather of Japanese footwork, and My Mind Beats Vol. 1 is a seminal work, originally released digitally on Fulltono's own Booty Tune label. The album is relentless, beautiful, and harshly minimal, channeling the spirit of RP Boo and other early Chicago footwork artists via the adaptability of Osaka, Japan. Orange Milk is presenting the work in a limited cassette edition.

DJ FULLTONO BIO:

DJ and track maker DJ Fulltono comes from the Kansai region, Japan. He runs a label "Booty Tune". Host of a party "SOMETHINN". A prolific writer of Juke/Footwork for international medias.
Based in Juke / Footwork , his voracious style includes Ghettotech, Electro, Chicago House, and so on. He provides Planet Mu and Hyperdub with privilege DJ MIX CDs. In the mix for Concept Radio, a Spanish web magazine, He pursues Techno-style Juke. In May 2014, he released his 5th EP "My Mind Beat Vol.01"

As usual, chris††† never lowers down his own quality when creating rhythms. It is really hard to give a precise opinion cause of the long variety of styles, moods and expression, going from some good plunderphonics and classic Ｖａｐｏｒｗａｖｅ for example, to a more experimental side, and clearly his own brand. Also his capability to put real feelings at some points that goes from 1 to 80 in one transition is certainly a good skill. I would listen this album as a whole, but still, i will remark my ＦＲＯＳＴｅａｔｏ
